- Log in to the server as the domain administrator.
- Close all Sage applications.
- Launch services.msc.
- Right click on Sage CRE Hosting Framework and click Stop.
- Right click on Sage CRE Hosting Framework and click Start.
- Open the Sage License Administration tool.
- Click Deauthorize Server to release all licenses back to Sage.
- Click Update to pull license(s) back to the Sage Server.
