Resolution

  1. Log in to the server as the domain administrator.
  2. Close all Sage applications.
  3. Launch services.msc.
  4. Right click on Sage CRE Hosting Framework and click Stop.
  5. Right click on Sage CRE Hosting Framework and click Start.
  6. Open the Sage License Administration tool.
  7. Click Deauthorize Server to release all licenses back to Sage.
  8. Click Update to pull license(s) back to the Sage Server.
