Why is the rate not prefilling when I enter revenues in Equipment Cost?

1. Verify in Setup, Standard Revenue Codes that the revenue code is set up accurately.

2. Verify in Setup, Rate Tables, Revenue Rates that rate table is set up accurately.

• Note: Identification column(s) used on rate table must be identical to columns used on the Entry view (for example, if a Job column is on the rate table with information entered, then that same column needs to be on the Entry view and the same information must be entered in order for the corresponding rate to prefill).
