Error: "No ADC badge can be granted"

Reported in X3 12.0.29, SYR 12.14.

User has 2 roles (FULLUSER & ADC) to limit badge consumption.

FULLUSER when logging into X3 (ERPFULL badge), ADC for handheld usage (ADCDIS badge)

If ERPFULL was the last role signed in in X3 User will see "No ADC badge can be granted" when signing into handheld URL

Issue is resolved in Syracuse 12.17

• Workaround is to sign into standard X3 interface and switch to role with ADCDIS badge BEFORE logging out of X3.
