Files to allow through firewall and antivirus

Note: Do not enable GEO Blocking.

Configuring the Firewall or proxy server allow access to the following URLs:

• elspv.pervasive.com
• bkpelspv.pervasive.com
• Sage Activation URL: https://licensing.services.sage.com/lic/services/LicenseService/
• aatrix.com

Note: If using a 32-bit operating system, open Program Files instead of Program Files (x86).

Allow the following files through your firewall and add to your antivirus exceptions list:

• Ports 443, 1583, 3351
• Located in the Program Path (by default it is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Peachtree\); see How to find data path and program path

  Note: If AppData is not listed, turn on the folder option to Show hidden files and folders

• To enter exceptions for Sage URLs that might be blocked and preventing the software from downloading, add an exception for *.sage.com
• Under Program Files(x86) or Program Files, if a 32-bit OS, search for the file peachw.exe.config and enter an exception for every URL found in that file
