Description

Cause

  • Crystal Runtime .NET Corruption

Resolution

Steps to be performed upon the affected Sage HRMS Client User machine:

  1. Access Programs and Features
  2. Verify if Crystal Runtime shows as installed to the machine

Crystal Runtime .NET shows as Installed

  1. Manually Uninstall the CR Runtime .NET
  2. Manually Install the Crystal Runtime .NET

Crystal Runtime DOES not show as installed on the affected machine:

  1. Manually install the Crystal Runtime

(Default Sage HRMS Application Server Windows location to Crystal .NET Runtime: C:\programdata\sage\sagehrmsserver\client\payroll
Install the CRruntime.net msi)
