Resolution
- In the latest version of Sage 50, on the Welcome screen go to Connect to a Shared Company.
- Your company has to be on Remote Data Access.
- If you're able to open a shared file, go to File, Connect to a Shared Company.
- Enter your Sage account email address and click Forgot Password.
- If you don't see Forgot password, click Log in as a different user.
- Check your email for the password reset link.
- Make sure to check junk/spam mailboxes.
- If you don't receive the email contact L2 support.
- If you close or leave, the page you have to start the process over.
- Enter and confirm a new password.
- Log in with your new password in Connect to a Shared Company.
NOTE: If you don't have Sage 50 installed yet, you can follow the above procedure by going to https://account.sso.sage.com and clicking Forgot Password.
