ARCHIVE: How and when to install Service packs and tax table updates

 CAUTION: Important note only for Sage BusinessWorks 2021 service packs

 NOTE: Links to release notes and instructions are available on the download page that displays after clicking the service pack link.

1. Download the current service pack for your version of Sage BusinessWorks
2. Ensure that everyone is out of Sage BusinessWorks
   • If you get a message that a user is in the system see How to release or disconnect stranded users or tasks
3. Double-click the Service Pack you downloaded
4. Click Next >
5. Click "I accept the terms of the license agreement" and click Next >
6. Review the entitlement and click Next > to continue
   • If the registration information does not populate ensure that you have entered your registration information under Utilities, Registration Information
7. Verify the installation path and click Next > to continue with the installation
