Compatibility chart of Sage 100 versions integrated with compatible versions of Sage CRM. Notes: Sage 100 Integrated versions of Sage CRM need to be downloaded from the Sage 100 product download pages (Standalone Sage CRM - CRM versions not integrated with Sage 100 are downloaded from Sage CRM product download pages). Unsupported versions of Sage CRM (especially integrated with unsupported versions of Sage 100) may not still be available for download. Please see the Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrices for more details on each Sage 100 version and the integrated solutions available for that version. See Related Resources. Specific versions of Sage CRM and applicable patches/hotfixes are not available to integrate with all versions of Sage 100 but are matched with specific Sage 100 versions. For example: Integrating CRM 2017 R1, CRM 2017 R2, and CRM 2017 R3 (CRM 2017 follows 7.3) are not available for Sage 100 2015 and earlier. In older versions, patches or hotfixes were used to update the existing CRM install where Full install was used in the case of no existing CRM install.

The patch versions are for existing installs of Sage CRM 7.x version and offer upgrade an existing CRM option on the installation. The full installs were designed for new Sage CRM installs.

For the following current versions of Sage CRM integrated with Sage 100 supported versions, the download file is only available from Sage 100 product downloads and will be named in the format of Sage CRM xxxx for Sage 100 xxxx (with CRM version and Sage 100 version specified. i.e. CRM 2022 R1 for Sage 100 2022).

Typically, there is a Full install and Patch version (to upgrade existing Sage CRM) available.
