Cause
This error is typically caused by a corrupted Borland Database Engine (BDE) temporary file.
Resolution
Have all users exit Timeslips, exit all local applications and delete the following files in the Timeslips Installation Folder.

PARADOX.LCK
Delete all temporary files on the local workstation by following the procedure in Article ID 14091

Delete all temporary files on the local workstation by following the procedure in Article ID 14091
If the issue persists follow the instructions in Article ID 13563 to uninstall and reinstall the Borland Database Engine.
